Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scrape and paint all exterior painted surfaces where indicated. Caulk cracks in stucco surfaces. Prime surfaces that have no paint before applying new paint. See project manual for paint and primer specifications. Paints and primers will be applied with brush or roller, no spraying. Paint colors will be same 5 color combination as existing (2 stucco colors, 1 door and trim color, 1 railing color) (parking blue + same white as doors). Provide Library Director with new paint samples for approval of all colors before application. Temporarily remove window screens. Patch paint exterior sides of exterior windows. Clean outside face of all glass. Re-install window screens. No new screens or screen repair required. Caulk deteriorated masonry joints where noted.
