Scope and Intent for New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (NMIMT) is to have an Artificial Intelligence (AI) recruitment support system that will assist prospective students in their journey to becoming a student at NMIMT. The AI system should be self‐learning and intuitive based on students’ academic goals. 15.2 The AI system should nurture potential undergraduate and graduate students’ connection to NMIMT, conduct communications with students (email, direct mail, phone calls), and make admissions offers. The system should be able to integrate with SLATE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and provide user accounts and reporting for both undergraduate and graduate students. The AI system must have both calling and texting capabilities with the option to expand to incoming calls in the future if needed. 15.3 The AI system should be cloud‐based and must adhere to NMIMT’s ITC security standards. 15.4 The AI system should have the analytical ability to provide targeted segments and corresponding recruiting methodologies. 15.5 Vendor, with NMIMT support, must have the ability to train the system within forty‐five (45) days of signing the agreement.
