a. Pick-Up/Removal Services Provide biohazardous waste pick-up/removal services on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on-call pickup frequency, as specified in the attached spreadsheet. Vendor will be provided with a Contractor LoboCard that will provide access to the main entrance of each building. Access to secure areas in some locations will require vendor employee to call area contact person. Vendor employees conducting pick-ups must wear a uniform that displays the company logo. b. Containers & Container Liners Provide all locations with clean, disinfected containers in good condition (no cracks). Various sizes of containers with lids shall be available. Additional containers shall be made available when requested. Red containers will be provided for non-infectious waste requiring sterilization and yellow containers will be provided for infectious/pathological wastes requiring incineration.
