Specifications include, but are not limited to: Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) is seeking formal written proposals from offerors with qualifications, experience, financial capacity, and a proven track record to provide bookstore management and operation services at the SFCC campus bookstore. The College desires to enter a full contract for bookstore services. SFCC recognizes that the traditional university bookstore business is in a transformational period, andSFCC’s intent is to be on the cutting-edge of campus bookstore services. Therefore, SFCC intends to encourage and evaluate ideas on how to offer an exciting customer experience, making the bookstore an exciting place to visit and shop for students, faculty, staff and visitors, make customer transactions convenience and at a low cost to students, while growing sales volume. The intent is to explore various options, technology, ideas and business models proposed.
