A 6-foot-high privacy fence surrounding play space with emergency exit gate. (Defined in A/E.) • Kitchen and client space to be supplied with refrigerator, sink, stove top/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, counter space, and storage. Space used by staff and for client's family meals. Refrigerator, stove top/oven, and dishwasher to be replaced after ten years in use. • Large Conference room to have an area for cabinets, countertops, space for coffee pot and refrigerator. • Staff breakroom to include countertops, sink, space for storage, space for refrigerator, and space for microwave and coffee pot. • Portable shelving provided in file rooms, storage room, special equipment storage and supply rooms etc. (Defined in A/E stage). • Locations that need tile instead of carpet: lobby, break room, kitchen, visitation and observation rooms, storage/supply rooms and shower/laundry. (Defined in A/E stage). • Stand up shower and UA restroom for clients. (Defined in A/E). • Central File room cipher lock entry for security of and access to confidential files. Cipher locks shall be maintained by Lessor. • Laundry room with washer and dryer, see SNQ, along with cabinet or shelving for storage of laundry supplies. Lessor to provide and install washer and dryer. • Window coverings on all exterior office windows. Any existing should be replaced if in disrepair. • Client rest rooms will have a wall mounted changing table in both men's and women's. (Defined in A/E stage)...
