The work to be completed is located at 226 Juan Medina Road, Chimayo, New Mexico 87522. The scope of this project involves expanding the existing building to accommodate additional vehicle apparatus and adding two storage closets. It also includes ADA renovations identified in the 2015 site assessment report. Additionally, improvements to grading, drainage, and asphalt/concrete are necessary to address accessibility and drainage issues in the front parking lot. The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. All permits - Santa Fe County and CID obtained by contractor - cost must be included in bid. b. Civil Improvements per design; i.
