Specifications include, but are not limited to: Requirements for the voter contributions task: • Verify a voter’s registration status based on First Name, Last Name, DOB, County. This is how the SOS checks the voter registration status on their website. The pilot program of CCP checked on last 4 of a voter’s SSN, and this feature did make voters uncomfortable. https://voterportal.servis.sos.state.nm.us/WhereToVote.aspx • Store the voter’s SOS issued voter ID number. This would allow the voter to move from page to page of the site and not have to re-enter their personal information a number of times. This would also assist the Clerk’s Office when comparing information against paper receipts of contributions that will still be accepted. • Allow for more payment options for the voter including PayPal.
