Construction Management/Observation services, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Inspection (QI) and Independent Assurance (IA) services material testing, inspection services, that include but not limited to grading, base preparation, concrete placement, gravity rock wall construction, prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge fabrication and installation, drainage features, slope protection, site restoration and signage, in compliance with the approved plans, specifications and contract documents, and the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) Minimum Testing Requirements (MTR) as defined in the NMDOT Independent Assurance Program Evaluation and Sampling Procedures dated 5/29/2013, including but not limited to quality assurance material sampling and testing, daily inspection logs, source books, and traffic control inspection. The selected Construction Manager will provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to the T/LPA Handbook and 2019 NMDOT Standard Specifications for Project Control Numbers S100630 & S100640 and will support the County in reviewing T/LPA activities in accordance with 23 CFR 450.310(a). The construction management services of Segments 2 and 3 will involve federal funding.
