Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Mexico State University is requesting proposals from licensed Architects and Engineers in New Mexico to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services for NMSU. The contractor shall provide requested services on an as needed basis. Work under these contracts will be performed on a Task Order basis consisting of individually negotiated task orders. Each task order will provide a specific scope, fee and schedule of the services required. The awarded Offeror shall organize, manage and coordinate the disciplines required to accomplish each task order and shall be capable of working on multiple task orders at the same time. The awarded Offeror will be expected to coordinate its work with efforts performed by NMSU staff and other consultants or contractors.
