The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations from qualified responsive firms (Proposers) offering proven, integrated solutions to replace the City’s current ERP AS400/Central Square, specifically in the areas of Community Development (e.g., permitting, code enforcement), Utilities, Human Resources and Payroll, Engineering, Procurement and Finance, Central Square is the current ERP System and houses most of the financial transactions. The remaining software is comprised of other 3rd party solutions. The City seeks a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide and support a fully integrated and proven ERP solution to include both implementation as well as ongoing maintenance and support. The City is open to both an on-premises or SaaS solution.
