Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lessee will delegate supervisory and management authority over the museum. Proposers must demonstrate that they have the professional knowledge, experience and technical expertise required to provide this service. Proposers must demonstrate historical success in fund raising activities. Proposers must demonstrate the ability and experience to provide supervision for support staff, support staff, organize administrative duties associated with use and care of the display items and artifacts of historical significance. Proposers must demonstrate the ability and experience necessary to ensure that these display items and artifacts are identified and classified correctly, and insure the proper care and preservation of delicate, fragile items of historical significance. Proposers must demonstrate the ability and experience to educate the public on exhibits, and trivia related to these pieces within the museum. Proposers shall hire, compensate, supervise, and terminate paid staff and members of its work force.
