SCOPE OF SERVICES (or WORK) The selected Offeror will be responsible for designing and executing a fireworks display for the annual Los Alamos County Event on July 4th of each contract year, beginning with July 4, 2026, at Overlook Park in White Rock. The display must be visible to an audience sitting on Spirio Field in Overlook Park. Fireworks Display. The selected Offeror shall be responsible for the following: 1. Develop a plan for the fireworks display and present it to the County Event Team for approval; 2. Purchase materials and supplies for fireworks display; 3. Secure delivery of fireworks no more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the July 4th Event each year of the contract; 4. Fireworks shall not be stored on County property and must adhere to the applicable laws including but not limited to Section 5608: Fireworks Display of the International Fire Code (IFC) 2021 ed, as may be amended. 5.
