The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: 1. Advise, draft and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding and workplace policies. 2. Perform research relevant to labor relations matters. 3. Assist and advise on communications and negotiations pertaining to labor relations. 4. Offer advise regarding labor relations matters. 5. Provide legal representation of the County in labor and employment related proceedings, including but not limited to arbitration, administrative and court proceedings. 6. Provide training regarding labor and employee relations. 7. Perform other duties and responsibilities pertaining to employment and labor relations matters as authorized by the County Attorney.
