Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of mowing in the Maine Business Enterprise Park and at properties on Maine and Florida Avenues in the City of Bangor. The work encompasses mowing and trimming approximately fifty-four (54) acres. (see attachment 1 and 2). Spring cleanup will be required at each site at no additional cost to the City. Contract administration will be by the Executive Manager, BanAir Corporation. Spring Landscaping Services and Summer Preparation: (Once at the beginning of the season, April/May): The successful Bidder will be required to removal all trash, fallen limbs, accumulated winter sand etc., at no additional cost to the City, from mowing areas before the mowing begins.
