THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES (NATIVE AMERICAN/ALASKA NATIVE)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140A1724Q0022 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The solicitation is set-aside for eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (Native American/Alaska Native). The associated NAICS code is 333120. The contractor shall provide one MIDI EXCAVATOR for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Ute Agency, Ignacio, CO. POP is 30 days from award date.
The following must be submitted with your quote:
(a) SF 1449
(1) Section 20, UEI
(2) Section 20, Company POC name, email address and phone no. This is the person to whom the CO will contact concerning the contract. See B.(a)(2).
(3) Section 26, Total amount of the base year only.
(4) Section 30, Title, signature, and date.
(b) Acknowledgement of all amendments to this RFQ.
(c) All items in Section E.4.
(d) FAR provision 52.212-3, ¿Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Products and Commercial Services¿, must be completed and returned with your quote. Note: Your Company¿s registration in the online representations and certifications program at htttps://www.sam.gov also meets this requirement and can be provided with your quote in lieu of FAR 52.212-3.
