COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2221Q0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of August 25, 2021 and close date of September 9, 2019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-06. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 212319.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for delivery of 3,000 tons of 2¿ minus base course and 300 tons of 4¿ to 10¿ riprap. Material will be delivered to Aguirre Springs Road. Attached are the specifications and delivery map location.
The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at https://www.acquisition.gov. The evaluation will be completed on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Include all applicable New Mexico Gross Receipt Tax.
