Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness (“DHHH”) provides quality health and social services, housing, recreation and education to improve the quality of life for the Albuquerque Community. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit offers for the full range of professional property management services, including but not limited to: Marketing, Planning and Reporting, Affordable Housing Administration, Maintenance, and Construction Management, required to administer the City’s mixed, low-moderate income multi-family housing developments. In the event the City desires to expand its existing portfolio of mixed, low-moderate income multi-family housing developments, the Offeror awarded a contract under this RFP may be asked to provide brokerage services as needed to the City to assist in the acquisition and development of new properties.
