Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide professional services for comprehensive programming/planning, feasibility, and limited schematic design (e.g. basic renderings, preliminary site massing, etc.) aimed at enhancing the programs and research operations within our institution. New Mexico is currently facing a critical shortage of healthcare providers, and with the impending completion of modern healthcare delivery facilities, the demand for qualified healthcare providers is projected to significantly increase over the next five years. To meet this need, UNM SOM recognizes the critical role state-of-theart facilities play in fostering education, innovation and research, community well-being, and advancing healthcare equity.
