This amendment is to provide additional clarification on un-sanitized subcontractor proposal submissions and upload revised documents. Un-sanitized subcontractor proposal submissions(A) If a subcontractor does not want to submit its proprietary data through the prime contractor, such subcontractor may submit its un-sanitized proposal information (e.g. cost data for the Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet) through the PIEE/Solicitation module. The subcontractor must ensure that all documents reference the prime proposal number and prime name on their submitted proposal and must be submitted by the proposal closing date and time.(B) If a subcontractor does not have any concerns with submitting their proposal with the prime, the prime contractor can modify the Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet to capture the un-sanitized proposal information from subcontractors along with the prime?s passthrough costs. Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet. As stated before, the Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet shall be used as a guide (template) to display the information needed for the cost build-up. The vendor can modify to the document to captures or depict the cost build-up so long as such costs are presented in a clear and understandable manner. The following revised documents are attached: ? Solicitation SF33: Section B and F were updated to capture the priced six-month PoP extension. ? Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet: The priced six-month tab has been updated to reflect the estimated hours needed.
