Work under the direction of and in collaboration with the College and Career Readiness Bureau of PED to ensure that all school districts and PEC-authorized charter schools that serve high school students (referred to here as relevant Local Education Agencies, or LEAs) are in compliance with HB171, with regards to graduate profiles. Establish standards for acceptable graduate profiles, in accordance with statute, rule, and best practices, and determine technical specifications for the deliverable files of graduate profiles. Create a written toolkit to serve as a how-to guide for the creation of a graduate profile. This may be shared in print or electronically, used in presentations and/or in one-on-one technical assistance. Initiate contact and develop working relationships with all LEAs identified by CCRB, to communicate the requirements and determine where acceptable graduate profiles may be complete, and/or where they may need revision, completion or creation. Where acceptable graduate profiles are not complete, work one-on-one with each LEA to identify and convene all appropriate partners who should provide input into the development of the graduate profile. Work directly with LEAs to provide the technical assistance and other supports needed to enable the revision, completion and/or creation of an acceptable graduate profile. Gather, document and deliver acceptable graduate profiles from all LEAs, regardless of whether they were revised, completed or created under this RFP, and ensure that all files align to the standards and technical specifications determined in item 2 above. Establish an online gallery accessible to the public to publish all graduate profiles.
