UNMH is seeking a highly qualified consulting vendor that will provide services associated with assessing a Solid Organ Transplant Program. The vendor may be asked from time to time to complete updated assessment and or additional services related to the subject matter noted in the below Scope of Work. Services to included but not limited to: 1. Assess current capabilities and resources at UNMH for a solid organ transplant program to include kidney, liver, and pancreas. 2. Identify best practices from existing transplant programs. 3. Develop a strategic plan outlining key phases of program development. 4. Provide recommendations for staffing, training, and infrastructure. 5. Outline regulatory and accreditation requirements. 6. Engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and collaboration.
