Contractors shall have all necessary licenses. Capable of providing all coordination, supervision and services required for comprehensive general building construction, renovations, upgrade and improvement projects and to provide new construction services including incidental design. The scope of an individual project may include, but is not limited to, Sediment and debris removal; flood barrier bags; earthen diversions; water control structures; water control gates; earthen embankments; channel bank stabilization measures; grade stabilization structures; diversion dams; rehabilitation of flood control structures; rehabilitation of irrigation ditches; concrete lined channels; various watershed structures needed for flood mitigation; critical area treatment; tree removal; mulching & woody residue treatment as well as other erosion control measures. Projects may include work in remote areas and/or in areas with challenging access and conditions due to the prevalence of archeologically and biologically sensitive resources, steep terrains, remote locations, loose soils, and/or wet conditions. Contractors shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and tools required to successfully complete the work requested. The Contractors shall be capable of providing a work force with supervision, adequate to perform work for a forty (40) hour work week during normal working hours with the option of working non normal or overtime hours if required.
