Summary of Specifications:
The general construction work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of work shown on the plans and described in the specifications, including but not necessarily limited to the following: construction of a 3.5-MG glass-fused-to-steel water storage tank with associated appurtenances; construction of a below-grade precast concrete valve chamber; and site work, including tank foundation, yard piping (20" and 8" DIP), buried valves, and fencing modifications. The electrical work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of work shown on the plans and described in these specifications, including but not limited to the following; providing electrical service to the new tank and valve chamber.
