ITB-857-GC - Airline Baggage Room Modification Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project involves removal of an interior concrete block wall separating two existing baggage rooms, removal of some of the offices space of metal stud and sheet rock construction in front of the baggage rooms and creation of some new office space all within the existing Terminal Space. In Accordance with Article 15A of the Executive Law, this project includes goals of ten percent (10%) Minority Owned Business Enterprise Participation and ten percent (10%) Woman Owned Business Enterprise Participation for a combined MWBE goal of twenty percent (20%). The project is estimated to be under $500,000 and will be awarded to a single General Construction Contractor with separate sealed sub-contractor lists and prices in accordance with the New York State Wick’s Law.
