937-DEM - Demolition of Two Abandoned Masonry Water Storage Structures

The work includes demolition, removal and proper off site disposal of one 100’ diameter round Gunnite masonry water storage tank and one 90’ x 50’ brick masonry reservoir building, complete except as noted, including but not necessarily limited to roof, wall, super structure, floor (s), slabs, foundation, footings, doors, windows, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems and equipment and abandoned materials.  The scope of work includes protection of utilities and adjoining structures as specified and earthwork as required to restore specified compaction, level finished grade and crusher run stone field conditions upon completion of removals.  No asbestos containing materials were identified per prior certified NYSDOL CR 56 sampling analysis.
