ITB-766-DEM - Demolition of Two Wood Frame Structures

Summary of Specifications:
Work to include demolition, removal and proper offsite disposal of the two primarily wood frame buildings, complete except as noted, including but necessarily limited to roof, walls, super structure, floor(s), slabs, foundation, footings, doors, windows, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems and eqiuipment and abandoned materials, furnishings, sidewalks and driveway pavements. The scope of work includes severance and discontinuance of remaining utilities, removal of asbestos prior to demolition, protection of utilities as specified and earthwork as required to restore specified compaction, level finished grade and turf field conditions upon completion of removals.
