Summary of Specifications:
Work includes the preparation of the approximately 126,700 square feet of existing terminal roofing membrane flood coat surfacing followed by the installation of a restorative maintenance coating. Additionally, the outside air intake penthouses will be removed and temporary air intank trunks with charcoal filters will be installed at nine outside air intake locations to maintain indoor air quality during the restoration process.
