RFP-2015-078 - Consult Services for Electrical Substation and Generator Replace

Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking proposals from New York State Licensed Engineering Consultants to assess existing conditions and alternative approaches, provide a complete project design package, obtain utility approval, and provide contract administration and construction management services for new normal, standby, and emergency electric service at the Times Union Center. This project is planned to commence in September 2015, with substantial completion of construction activities by October 2016 and project close-out by November 2016.
