Description

The County of Albany is seeking proposals for engineering design and construction
inspection services (if necessary) for the Voorheesville Quiet Zone, as requested by the
Albany County Department of Public Works.
The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible proposers for the
purpose of obtaining proposals to retain a NYS Licensed engineer to provide complete
design and construction inspection services as outlined in Section 4: Scope of Services, (see
project location map).
Any available original construction plans, and/or right-of-way plans for the project site may
be viewed by appointment at the ALBANY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS, (518) 765-2055, 449 New Salem Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186.
