RFP-2014-033 - Engineering Services for Electrical Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
1.1 The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Engineering Services for Electrical Improvements at the North and South Plants, as requested by Albany County Sewer District. The electrical improvement project consists of upgrades to the District’s 480V power distribution systems. The upgrades include MCC replacement, 480V feeder replacement, emergency generation equipment replacement and, where required based on condition, replacement of branch circuit conduit and wire to field devices. The construction project will be executed in three phases over the course of three years, beginning in 2014. A single engineering contract will be executed for all three phases of work.
