Description

The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Landscaping Services and Maintenance of the Albany Shaker Road/Maxwell Road and the Schoolhouse Road/Krumkill Road Roundabouts, as requested by the Albany County Department of Public Works.
The purpose of the project is to beautify the roundabout and create a gateway feature for the community.
This project is a “NO FEE” project. The Successful Proposer will not be paid a fee for their services. Instead, they will be given the opportunity to place a sign featuring their company’s name and phone number within the roundabouts, for the duration of the contract, in exchange for their services. The Successful Proposer’s services are voluntary and are not an obligation.
