Summary of Specifications:
As requested by the Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Public Works (DPW), the County of Albany is seeking proposals from a New York State licensed Architect/Engineer to provide consulting services associated with the planning, evaluation of existing conditions, reconfiguration, budget pricing, design and preparation of construction & bid documents and also performing Construction Administration Services for the proposed Times Union Center Parking Structure Market Street Ingress and Egress Project located at 100 Bever Street, Albany NY.
