Summary of Specifications:
Albany County seeks sealed bids from qualified bidders for a bridge replacement project at Pictuay Road over Coeymans Creek in the Town of Bethlehem. The work includes: Complete removal of existing substructure and superstructure, construction of new substructure and concrete box beams with 6” superstructure slab. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. The successful Bidder will also be required to obtain the New York State Department of Transportation Highway Work Permit (HWP) with the County as the co-applicant. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of the Federal Government Equal Employment Opportunity clauses issued by the Secretary of Labor on May 21, 1968 and published in the Federal Register (41CFR Part 60-1, 33 F.2 7804).
