Summary of Specifications:
Albany County is requesting sealed bids from responsible general contractors for the renovation of shower rooms at the Albany County Nursing Home at 780 Albany Shaker Road, Albany NY 12211. Work is comprised of renovation of four shower suites, each including two showers, one tub and one toilet. Plans and specifications are available at no cost at the Albany County Purchasing Division office, 112 State Street, Room 820, Albany NY 12207. 

A site visit will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the Nursing Home site. 

Bids are due Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Purchasing Division Office.
