The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Specialized Independent Living Skills Services Required by the Chafee Act as requested by the department for Children, Youth and Families.
The Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families is seeking a contract agency to provide aftercare case management and support services as required by the Chafee Act, to enhance our capacity to serve former foster children between 18-21 years of age as detailed in the Scope of Services section.
