Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is requesting proposals for “Third Party Administrator” services related to its Workers’ Compensation Program. The County currently operates a self-insured Workers’ Compensation Program. The administrator will be responsible for assisting the County in the management of reserve funds, adherence to mandates, reporting to the Workers’ Compensation Board, and provision of loss control and claims management services, in addition to regular claims administration.
