The County of Albany is seeking proposals from qualified persons, or an organization, to
provide a structured instructional flag football program for children ages 5 to 17 years old.
There will be four (4) sessions at a span of six (6) weeks, as requested by the Albany County
Department of Recreation.
The vendor will propose a proposal that details all aspects of organizing the flag football
clinics. The vendor must be able to coach the clinic, create plans, provide instruction to all
participants, and help advertise the clinic.
