Request for Proposals
The Brewster Central School District will receive individual sealed proposals before 2:00 pm, on Tuesday May 19, 2015 for Abatement Project Monitoring Services at Brewster High School and CV Starr Intermediate School.
The Brewster Central School District, Brewster, NY will receive proposals at the District Office, 30 Farm-to-Market Road, Brewster, NY 10509 up until the above time.
See the Request for Proposals for a further description of the scope of work.
Bidders must use the response forms included in the RFP in order to make their proposals, and each bid proposal must be made in accordance with those Forms.
The RFP documents may be downloaded by accessing the following website: http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com. Any addenda which may be posted in the future will also be accessible on this website.
The scope of work for the roof replacement including drawings of the abatement plan are also attached to the solicitation in order for the proposer to get a general idea of the scope. The successful proposer will be bound by the terms of the RFP only.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District reserves the right to reject proposals that contain omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in their sole discretion to waive such irregularities, or to reject any or all proposals which is in the best interest of the District.

All proposals shall be sealed and in an envelope that is distinctly marked on the outside as follows:

Any proposal must be delivered to Andrew Bates, Director of Facilities or his designee, no later than the appointed time, at the District Office, 30 Farm-to-Market Road, Brewster, NY 10509. The District will not open or consider any proposal unless it is received at that location by no later than the appointed time. Proposers are solely responsible for the arrival of each proposal at the appointed time, regardless of the means of delivery.
