NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Brewster Central School District of the Town of Southeast (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for Burner and Boiler Service, Plumbing Service, HVAC Service and Periodic Electrical Repair, Installation and Upgrade Services.
Bids will be received as follows:
Burner and Boiler Service June 2, 2015 Bid opening 10:00AM Plumbing Service June 2, 2015 Bid opening 10:00AM

Periodic Electrical Repair, Installation & Upgrade Services June 2, 2015 Bid opening 10:00AM
Bids will be received at the Brewster Central School District Office until the bid opening time designated above, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid form may be obtained at the same office or by contacting mcarroll@brewsterschools.org, 845-279-8000, extension 6112. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor defects and/or irregularities. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of bid opening.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes which are clearly marked on the outside as a Bid, and indicating which service the Bid pertains to. All Bids should be submitted to:
