BREWSTER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BREWSTER, NEW YORK NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that sealed Proposals shall be received by the Board of Education, Brewster Central School District, Brewster, New York 10509, for the purchase of a used front end loader. Proposals shall be received by James Reese, Interim School Business Administrator, by mail or in person, at the Brewster Central School District, District Office, Brewster, New York 10509 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on March 28, 2014, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. No Proposal shall be accepted after 11:00 a.m. on March 28, 2014. Please direct any questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) to Andy Bates, Director of Facilities and Operations at (845) 279-8000. No responder shall withdraw his Proposal within sixty (60) days after the formal opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any minor defects or irregularities and/or to reject any or all Proposals and to advertise for new Proposals.
