NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Brewster Central School District in the Town of Southeast (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for REFUSE DISPOSAL. As a qualification for consideration, the bidder must hold a current license to collect solid waste from the Town of Southeast, New York.
Bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Brewster Central School District Office, 30 Farm to Market Road, Brewster, NY 10509, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid form may be obtained at the same office. The Board of Education of the Brewster Central School District reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor defects and/or
irregularities. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of bid opening. Any questions concerning this bid should be directed to Andrew Bates, Director of Facilities and Operations, at
