CONTRACT #2 - Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Abatement at 1593 Oakdale Road, Johnson City, NY 13790 (Town of Maine)
Sealed bids will be received by the Owner for asbestos and lead-based paint abatement. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, October 7th, 2022 at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award both contracts in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank.

Contract for work under this bid obligate the Contractor, Subcontractor and any Sub-subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices.
Successful bidder shall begin work on October 12th, 2022 and be substantially completed on or before November 2nd, 2022.
