1. SUBMISSION OF BIDS
1.1 All bids must be submitted in duplicate on the bid forms attached to this document. Such bid forms must be properly filled out in ink or typed and must be duly signed by the bidder or authorized representative of the bidder.
1.2 Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked upon the outside "BID TRANSPORTATION – District High School / Middle School 3:00 pm shuttle” and must be received in the Catskill Central School District, Business Office, 347 West Main Street, Catskill, NY 12414 by 10:00 AM, April 29, 2019.
1.3 Under the provisions of Chapter 751, Laws of 1965, amending Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of New York, all bids submitted to a political subdivision of the State of New York must contain a non-collusive bidding certification attached to this document.
1.4 The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality, and to accept or reject any or all bids.
