Summary of Specifications:
Bids on corrugated pipe arch shall be per foot delivered at any location in Cayuga County designated by the Highway Superintendent. Quantity shall be as stated when needed by the Highway Superintendent. Deliveries not made within 48 hours from date of order will be cause for canceling contract unless a different delivery schedule is agreed to by the Superintendent. Pipe analysis shall be equal to New York State Item 11.
