Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene is looking for a software program that will:

Send appointment reminders in various languages powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence) & NLP (Natural Language Processing) that can understand conversational responses and provide links for patients to complete actions.
Patient scheduling—provide patients with appointment timeslots, and automatically manage cancellations, rescheduling and waitlists, integrated with the HER (Electronic Health Record).
Automated waitlist integrated with MyAvatar software used at the three CCDMH clinics.
