PF-7-17 PFTH - Cold In-Place Recycling with Top CR74, 91, 302 and Overlay CR81

Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities will receive sealed bids for the Cold In-Place Recycling with Top CR74, 91, 302 and Overlay CR91.  Such sealed bids must be filed with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department located at 454 North Work Street, Falconer, NY  14733, prior to 2:00 pm, March 29, 2017 at which time said bids will be publicly opened read.

There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 10:00 am  Said meeting will be held at the Department of Public Facilities, 454 N. Work Street, Falconer, NY.  All interested parties are strongly urged to attend.

Bid documents may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Department at the above mentioned address only.  A refundable deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be charged for each set of plans and specifications.  Checks shall be made payable to "Chautauqua County Department of Finance".  No refunds will be made after (30) thirty days from the bid opening.  No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposity by the Purchasing Department.  Vendors requesting that plans and specificiations be sent Federal Express or UPS shall be responsible for all associated costs of shipping.
