NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Chautauqua County Purchasing Department shall accept sealed for the following:
INVITATION TO BID
NO. S-6-20 SHF
Uninterruptible Power System Units, Parts, and Repair
Chautauqua County Department of Finance will receive sealed bids for Uninterruptible Power System Parts and Repair Services, Invitation to Bid No. S-5-20 CW. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department located at 3 North Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757, PRIOR TO 2:00 PM, December 17, 2020 at which time said bids will be publicly opened during a zoom meeting. A meeting invitation will be sent to all bidders who complete the Bid Response Form stating that they will be submitting a bid. If you are dropping your bid off in person please make sure you drop it off at the Finance Department prior to 2:00 pm. If you are using fed-x or UPS there will be someone there to accept your sealed bid.

Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
NOTE: Chautauqua County shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department.
Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department.
