MATERIALS: a) Materials for pavements provided under this contract shall be produced in an NYSDOT approved HMA production facility under NYSDOT Section 401 - Plant Production, in operation at the location indicated by bidder herein for the (12) twelve-month period preceding the bid opening date. b) Bidder must provide with the Bids, plant locations and/or the NYSDOT Facility number from which material will be supplied. c) Asphalt pavement materials and composition for the respective Hot Mix Asphalt mixes shall meet the minimum requirements of NYSDOT Section 402 – Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Pavements for Municipalities specified in NYSDOT Sub-Sections: 402.11 Asphalt Concrete Type 1 Base 402.13 Asphalt Concrete Type 3 Binder 402.15 Asphalt Concrete Type 5 Shim
