RFP-2653 - Audit of Financial Statements Including Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The successful proposer’s work shall include the financial audit of all Chemung County governmental and business activities and funds, except for the Chemung County Nursing Facility, which audit will be performed by others. The audits of the discretely presented component units, including the Chemung County  Industrial  Agency  and  the  Chemung  County  Soil  and  Water  Conservation  District, are  also performed by others. The Nursing Facility and component unit audit information shall be incorporated into  the  County-wide financial  statements. All work  shall be  performed  in  accordance with  Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and all work must be completed and auditor’s reports issued by June 30th of the year following the County’s year end.
