Replace slate tiles under entrance Porticoes with stamped concrete. Repair concrete walk panels where indicated. Replace shrubs in Portico planter area with decorative stone and new plantings. Alternated affect the scope of Work, Refer to section 012300"alternates". Alternate one: removed existing concrete walk at south side of entrance loop and replace with stamped concrete as indicated. Alternate two: provide electric snow melt syste under new stamped concrete as indicated.
